#amliberty One of the biggest reasons most causes should be shifted away from the political sphere ASAP is because it sucks the resources from the things we care about. Instead of putting our resources to direct aid in issues dear to our hearts we throw it at politicians who orchestrate perpetual stalemates to keep the money coming. If you care about aid and resources getting to those who need it, keep your passions away from politics.
